Feng Shui China

Feng Shui has been practiced in China at least since the Tang Dynasty.
The most ancient master in this art is generally believed to be Yang Yun Sang which is universally recognized as the Founder of Feng Shui.
Master Yang left a legacy that has been preserved classical learning and continue to this day.
He is the principal adviser to the court of Emperor Hi Tsang (AD 888), and books about Feng Shui is composed of the main texts that become the next generation of practitioners based their art.
Master Yang's emphasis was on the shape of the mountain, the direction of water flow, and above all, the location and understanding the influence of the Dragon, the most respected Cha celestial beings.
His doctrine in detail in three well-known classical works which fully describes the practice of Feng Shui Dragon metaphor in terms of color.
The first, "Han Lung Ching" contains "Art awaken the Dragon".
The second, "Ching Nang Ao Chih", consists of methods of determining the location of the Dragon lair.
While the third book is "I Lung Ching", translated under the title "Canons approximation Dragon".
The third book provides methods and techniques on how to find the Dragon in areas where they do not clearly stand forth.
Understanding FS
Modern science has recently discovered that the earth's atmosphere packed with a powerful energy wave but not visible and the lines that allow us to enjoy the telephone and radio, fax machines and satellite communications.
Ancient Chinese scientists discovered the existence of these energy lines was centuries ago.
They are invisible lines depict the atmosphere of energy in symbolic terms, referring to them as the Dragon's cosmic breath if they are profitable and as a breath kill if they are not profitable.
Feng Shui is the name given to the practice of harnessing the power of this energy is beneficial.
People of Chinese descent had long known about Feng Shui. Over the centuries have been passed by word of mouth from generation to generation, making fools of philosophical foundation, have come to regard it as a superstitious practice.
Feng Shui is the art of living in harmony with the land, such that one of the biggest benefits come from, peace and prosperity from being in perfect equilibrium with nature.
Feng Shui is promising an abundance of meaningful life to people who follow the principles and teachings when building homes and workplaces.
Maybe it is the knowledge and practice this ancient science that has allowed Chinese immigrants and their families around the world to succeed and develop, build respectable business for themselves, and live in a harmonious interface with their neighbors in their adopted land.
Feng Shui can not be seen narrowly as both a science, with the "magic" Formular, not as an art that is based entirely on instinct.
It is a flexible mix of both, and to practice effectively, conceptual principles drawn from ancient classical guidelines should be applied in line with the thinking of human intuition and personal assessment.
To further complicate the practice, there are also elements of superstitious beliefs overlap throughout the body Shi Feng principle.
This can not be ignored or forgotten.
Indeed, at this time Feng Shui veterans frequently and successfully employs symbolism and village-type of superstition.
Form & Compass School of Feng Shui
Master the principles that should be considered as "Form school" Feng Shui, good or bad in terms of site rationalises Dragon symbolism. According to this school, good Feng Shui site requires the presence of the Dragon, and where there is a real Dragon, there also will find the White Tiger.
Feng Shui Master who subscribe to the Form School began their search for profitable locations by first looking for the Dragon. The emphasis thus use of landscape, form hills and mountains, water, and the direction of their orientation.
While the Dragon is the symbolism of the main principles of Form School, there finally came a second large system that close to the practice of Feng Shui from a very different perspective. The second system is putting pressure on metaphysical speculation, using the symbols of the I Ching - or Book of Changes, and Trigrams and Hexagrams - three layers of six symbols to calculate good and bad Feng Shui.
Trigrams are placed at around eight octagonal symbol side called Pa Kua, and according to which each placed eight Trigrams, other relevant attributes and symbols identified further. This refers to the color, various family members, specific compass direction, to one of the five elements and other attributes.
Each of the symbols and attributes that are supposed to offer "guidance" to design houses, to allocate a different space, for different purposes and to assign different members of the family to a different corner of the house to maximize your Feng Shui luck for the whole family .
The second major system is coming to be collectively referred to as the Compass School of Feng Shui, and depending on the branch school was put into practice, the calculation takes the equation and different methods.
Certain branches of Compass School also emphasizes the influence of planets on the quality of the location. Unlike the Form School, was only given less importance to landscape configuration, highly complex calculations rely only on the actual dimensions, compass directions and key sectors and important entrance room.
In the late 19th and early 20th century, however, the two schools have merged completely. Form School theory including belief in the symbolism of the Dragon gain wider acceptance and practice among the followers of Compass School. Today, Feng Shui practitioner in Hong Kong and Taiwan common practice that blurred combination of the two schools.
Between the two schools, School form, with an emphasis on landscapes, require a large amount of intuitive understanding. It was therefore considered more difficult to practice, although Green Dragon / White Tiger symbolic relatively easy to understand.Compass School methods are more difficult to learn and the formula is more difficult to understand, but once mastered, is considered much easier to practice because the methodology is more appropriate.
